I ORDERED THIS ITEM THINKING THAT IT TO BE A BOOK AND CD AS STATED IN AMAZON.COM PRODUCT DESCRIPTION LIST. I RECEIVED CD ONLY AND IS BY JIM DALTON AND STATES TO SEE BOOK FOR PROGRAM LISTING. I CONTACTED THE SELLER AND EXPLAINED THIS TO THEM AND ASK FOR THE BOOK THAT WAS NOT SENT THAT WAS DONE ON 1-13-10 AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM YET.I FEEL I WAS MISLEAD AND HAVE ONLY A CD THAT I HAVE NO WAY OF UNDERSTANDING HOW TO USE IT.I CANNOT RATE THE SERVICE VERY HIGH DUE THIS PROBLEM THAT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.
